Our client is a leading independent company that works on a national basis. They offer a market leading customer service experience. Great customer service is at the heart of the business. Entering their 10th year of trading, they have continued to grow and gain a reputation for offering a competitive service and second to none customer service. This is a family run business and every single employee is a member of that family, as are the customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB PURPOSE

Develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of complaints, queries and general enquiries. Working in a fast-paced environment, to address customer issues via the telephone or email.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES
  1. Dealing with high volume incoming calls
  2. Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  3. Liaising with external contractors to arrange and manage resolutions to the queries raised
  4. Dealing with a variety of questions and queries
  5. Promoting the benefits of using the services the company provides
  6. Assisting with contract renewals and retaining customers
  7. Dealing with complaints
  8. Maintaining accurate customer records using the in-house system
CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
  1. Ideally experienced dealing with customers on the telephone
  2. Passionate about helping people
  3. Team player
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Able to work under pressure
  6. Due to location, it is preferred you have your own transport
PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
  1. Week One Shifts: 8am-4.30pm
  2. Week Two Shifts: 10.30am-7pm
  3. Working 1 in 3 Saturdays per month (9am-5pm) with a day off in lieu
