Customer Service Advisor
£12.81 Per Hour - weekly pay
Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Candidates are to have previous customer service experience, be willing and able to learn the inhouse computer systems/processes and company products through on-the-job training. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join the bubbly/friendly team.
Role purpose of a Customer Service Advisor
To be the customer's first point of contact, working with internal departments and suppliers to provide knowledgeable support and fast, in-full resolutions to ensure the best experience for the customer possible and helping to ensure commercial success. Previous experience of working in a call centre and customer service role is an advantage.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
- Ensure all customer enquiries via any method are answered in full within a KPI timeframe, with the aim of first contact resolution.
- Process orders onto our system and send order confirmations within KPI timeframe with a right first time approach.
- Record, update and resolve customer complaints with KPI timeframes ensuring effective management of customer's expectations throughout the process (including managing claims and credits and working with internal and external stakeholders).
- Build and maintain customer relationships in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement projects, leading to greater efficiency and a better customer experience.
- Act as a role model for the company by putting customer-first principles and behaviours into practice.
Knowledge / Skills Required for the role
- Logical, efficient and effective problem solver.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication - both formally and informally.
- Helpful, dedicated, empathetic and diligent.
- Totally customer focused.
- Can build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Previous call centre and customer service experience is an advantage.
