Customer Service Advisor

The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling everything from product queries and installations to deliveries and ongoing support. No two days are the same, and you'll need to think on your feet to provide top-notch service.

1. Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre, retail, or face-to-face)
2. A bit of street smarts - you know how to handle all kinds of customers
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to keep your cool under pressure
4. Problem-solving skills and a 'let's get this sorted' attitude
5. A team player who's also happy working independently
