What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including our core non-household customers. You will handle operational queries and requests efficiently and promptly, ensuring high-quality resolutions while meeting tight service levels.
You will communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, providing updates and keeping them informed throughout each process. Working across multiple internal systems and services, including telephony, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to requests from retailers and internal stakeholders promptly and efficiently, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Complete all cases within the required timeframes, following established processes and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Recognise complex or unique cases and collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers or stakeholders within your workload, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer experience, and work with your team to implement enhancements in service delivery.

This role is 36 hours per week Monday to Friday
Hybrid - Based at Clearwater Court, Reading
