This role is being advertised as a Customer Service Advisor however the successful applicant will be employed as a Client Care Coordinator.

Main duties of the job

Your Role: As the first friendly face or voice our clients encounter, you'll be at the heart of ensuring their experience is smooth and supportive. From managing phone consultations and handling reception duties to processing vital data, you'll play a crucial role in connecting clients to the care they need.
