We are developing and growing our National Enquiry Centre and as a result we have new exciting full-time Customer Service Advisor opportunities based at our Woodthorpe site in Nottingham. The National Enquiry Centre is Ramsay UK’s central customer service hub and is the heart of our business. Open from 8 – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9 – 2pm Saturday, our dedicated advisors provide telephone, email and web support to our patients and pride themselves on delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
