Customer Service Advisor - £25,000 - £30,000 - Wythenshawe, Manchester – Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Hybrid (WFH 3 days!)

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor for an emerging Financial Services business in the Wythenshawe area of Manchester! This position as a Customer Service Advisor will be 37.5 hours per week and also hybrid (3 days WFH).

The package for Customer Service Advisor:

• A basic salary of £25,000

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries
• Calling customers who have made an enquiry about the products on the website
• Providing accurate information and ensuring that FCA guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring a smooth customer service experience for all clients

What we want for the Customer Service Advisor:

• Experience in working in a phone-based customer service role
• Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment would be advantageous but not essential
• Someone who is customer-focused with good written and verbal communication skills
