Overview

Quattro Resourcing Limited are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Haverhill, Suffolk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers, providing exceptional support across multiple channels to ensure a seamless experience.


Hours:

September - February: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
March - August: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (shift patterns may vary), including Saturdays and bank holidays on a rotational basis.


Salary:

£12.00 per hour (£24,500 per annum once perm).


Responsibilities
  1. Answering and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Handling customer enquiries via email and online chat.
  3. Assisting with delivery-related queries and providing updates.
  4. Creating and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  5. Updating Excel spreadsheets and producing reports as needed.
  6. Collaborating closely with our clients transport team for delivery coordination.
  7. Offering face-to-face customer service where required, enhancing the customers journey.

Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in administration, customer service, and sales (Preferred).
  2. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  6. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well under pressure.
