Job description

Our client is a successful online business who, over the last 2 years, have grown from strength to strength. Due to their success, they are looking for an experienced customer service advisor who is a focused individual to work 3 days in their office and 2 from home.


Duties includes of a customer service advisor:
  1. Regular customer/supplier interaction.
  2. Collaboration with colleagues.
  3. Responding accurately to requests, explaining solutions, and ensuring customers feel valued.
  4. Service and provisioning case management.
  5. Building lasting relationships with our customers based on trust, reliability, and delivery.
  6. Understanding pre-defined SLA's whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
  7. Retain up to date product knowledge.
  8. General administrative and operational duties.
The ideal candidate should
  1. Excellent communication skills written and orally.
  2. Excellent telephone manner.
  3. Strong problem-solving ability.
  4. Customer Service experience.
  5. Passionate about what they do.
  6. Good time management.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Strong IT skills, Word, Excel & Outlook etc.
  9. Full UK Drivers License.
Working hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
