At Gateway Surveyors, we're looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is predominantly home-based; however, there is some requirement for travel for monthly collaboration days and team meetings in Crawley.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and clients, providing exceptional service.
  2. Efficiently process referral forms and ensure accurate data entry.
  3. Provide quotations via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Assess properties to ensure that the most suitable products are recommended.
  5. Proactively follow up on quotations to secure sales.
  6. Input new instructions into our system (Quest) and allocate work to Surveyors.
  7. Liaise with Surveyors regarding appointments and survey report updates.
  8. Ensure query resolution via phone and email.
  9. Perform system administration duties to maintain smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
  1. Confident telephone manner with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or sales roles.
  3. Experience within the property industry.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and quick to learn new software.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  6. Eagerness to learn new skills to support the wider business.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. A proactive, solution-driven attitude to problem-solving.
