The role is predominantly home-based; however, there is some requirement for travel for monthly collaboration days and team meetings in Crawley.
What You'll Be Doing- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and clients, providing exceptional service.
- Efficiently process referral forms and ensure accurate data entry.
- Provide quotations via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assess properties to ensure that the most suitable products are recommended.
- Proactively follow up on quotations to secure sales.
- Input new instructions into our system (Quest) and allocate work to Surveyors.
- Liaise with Surveyors regarding appointments and survey report updates.
- Ensure query resolution via phone and email.
- Perform system administration duties to maintain smooth operations.
What We're Looking For- Confident telephone manner with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales roles.
- Experience within the property industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and quick to learn new software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
