Customer Service Advisor - Long-Term Temp (Cheltenham)

Location: Cheltenham
Pay Rate: From £13.45 per hour
Duration: Minimum 3 months with strong potential to extend

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and collaborative team in Cheltenham. This is a long-term temporary role with a minimum 3-month duration and the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, amend, and submit quotation documents, service specifications, tender applications, and service schedules.
  2. Follow up on service quotes, tenders, and distribute marketing literature.
  3. Support the growth of Commercial Service revenue by discussing contract options with clients.
  4. Coordinate and schedule service visits, including third-party help desk dashboards.
  5. Validate and invoice service and contract visits, ensuring accurate post-visit follow-up.
  6. Handle incoming customer contacts to provide top-tier support.
  7. Identify and pursue new service business opportunities.
  8. Work collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  9. Assist in preparing monthly reports, tracking project performance, and managing work-in-progress.

About You:
