About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the public face of Motofix, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience throughout their repair journey. You will provide friendly and professional support, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement - Provide a professional and welcoming service to customers.
  2. Booking & Scheduling - Schedule vehicle repair bookings, ensuring smooth workflow management.
  3. Guiding Customers - Assist customers through the repair claims process, providing clear and reassuring guidance.
  4. System Updates - Maintain accurate records in repair management systems to track progress and customer interactions.
  5. Payment Processing - Handle insurance excess payments, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.
  6. Telephone & Digital Enquiries - Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  7. Upselling - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, enhancing customer value and business revenue.

  4. Good IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages
