Customer Service Adviser

Location: Sutton

Salary: £18/hr

Start date: ASAP

Full Time: Mon - Fri, 36 hrs a week

Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for a Customer Service Adviser in the Sutton area.

The role will involve office working whilst training with flexibility on hybrid once up to speed.

This role will be a minimum of a 5 month placement in Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre. The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Role Requirements:

  1. Contact Centre and basic business administration
  2. Dealing with a variety of resident enquiries for services offered by the local authority, e.g., Waste Services, Homeless, and Highways.
  3. Managing complex calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  4. Flexible hybrid working including a minimum of 1-2 days in the office after training.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
  2. Experience and confidence in using contact centre technology
  3. Experience in a local authority environment
  4. Experience in a customer service environment
  5. Local knowledge of Sutton Area would be beneficial
