Customer Service Administrator

£24,000- £26,000 + Bonus + Mon-Fri + Company Benefits + Training

Thirsk

Are you a Customer Service Administrator or similar looking to get into a position with an international packaging company who operate across the world and offer training from the ground up, and routes to progress into senior positions in the future?

On offer is the opportunity to join a market leader in packaging solutions serving industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and beyond. This exciting role offers opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company, where your work will directly support both the Customer Service and Accounts team. Extensive training will be provided.

In this varied position, you will support production planning, raise works orders, manage customer accounts, process sales orders, and liaise with suppliers. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with internal teams will be key to ensuring smooth operations. This role is a Monday to Friday position from 8:30am to 5pm.

The Role:

  1. Manage production plan, works orders, stock codes, and purchasing.
  2. Support account managers with customer relations and sales orders.
  3. Process and manipulate customer artwork in Adobe Illustrator.
  4. Oversee logistics, courier activities, and supplier liaison.
  5. Provide admin support, collaborate with team, and attend meetings.
