Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Shift Pattern: 08:30 am – 17:00 pm Monday to Friday
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their family run manufacturing facility based in Leicester.

The Role:
- Dealing with inbound phone calls
- Processing sales orders and confirming orders
- Dealing with customer requests for information on orders, deliveries and all general enquiries
- Collecting and inputting data on to company CRM system
- Working efficiently with operations, accounts, sales and marketing department
- Advising clients about company products & services
- Building relationships with clients
- Working closely with accounts department to keep customer / supplier ledgers updated
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of using SAGE is essential
- GCSE pass grades for English & Mathematics as a minimum
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service advantageous
- Construction materials / construction industry experience advantageous
- Proven experience in a similar administrative / customer service role a must
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise according to business needs
