Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 per annum

Shift: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday

Location: Wigston, Leicester

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their family-run manufacturing facility based in South Leicester.

The Customer Service Administrator Role:

  • Dealing with inbound phone calls
  • Processing sales orders and confirming orders
  • Dealing with customer requests for information on orders, deliveries, and all general enquiries
  • Collecting and inputting data onto the company CRM system
  • Working efficiently with operations, accounts, sales, and marketing departments
  • Advising clients about company products & services
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the accounts department to keep customer/supplier ledgers updated

Our Customer Service Administrator Candidate:

  • Experience of using SAGE is essential
  • Computer literate (Office 365, Excel / Word / MS Office)
  • GCSE pass grades for English & Mathematics as a minimum
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service advantageous
  • Construction materials/construction industry experience advantageous
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative/customer service role a must
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise according to business needs
