Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Start

We have a fantastic temporary opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator at a company based on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

Term-time only position
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (subject to workload)

*Please note: Due to the location, access to transport is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. Preparing and distributing safeguarding documentation as needed.
  3. Drafting and sending assurance letters and confirmations to clients.
  4. Coordinating and sending event tickets.
  5. Communicating effectively with internal and external teams to support smooth operations.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and updating databases, including Excel spreadsheets.
  7. Performing general administrative duties as required.
This is a dynamic role that may evolve over time. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
