This Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position perfectly embodies that ambition, as you will own & be responsible for Center Store Categories (Condiments, Desserts, Meals, and Beverages), selling execution of $20M net revenue as a vital member of The Save Mart Companies Customer Business Team (CBT). The CSM serves as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and the Accounts buying teams, leading all selling activities & driving efforts tied to improving our gross margin & market share. The CSM aims to deliver revenue and share objectives, pursue business strategies to grow, provide category management expertise, and ensure that coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan and shelving objectives.

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
