Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound enquiries both over the phone and via live chat
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries
  • Deliver high levels of customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bridge the gap between the technical team and the customer
  • Upsell additional products and services where possible
Skills & Experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service at all times
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Previous experience working in an office is preferred
  • Attention to detail to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
