- Handle inbound enquiries both over the phone and via live chat
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries
- Deliver high levels of customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction
- Bridge the gap between the technical team and the customer
- Upsell additional products and services where possible
- Confident telephone manner
- Passion for delivering high levels of customer service at all times
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Previous experience working in an office is preferred
- Attention to detail to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Location: Langley Mill
