The Role
The Customer Remediation Team (CRT) provides oversight of all Notifiable Risk Events that fall within the remit of Prudential Assurance Company Ltd (PAC). This involves working with suppliers and M&G Business Areas (BAs) to understand the volume, materiality, and the impact (across customer, regulatory, and financial) of Notifiable Risk Events.
The main objectives of CRT are to ensure Events are resolved quickly and effectively whilst safeguarding the best interests of M&G customers and providing assurance to Senior Management that Events are being dealt with appropriately.

Minimum Requirements
Training Provided
As a Customer Remediation Apprentice with M&G, you will undertake the Business Administration SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face-to-face inductions and masterclasses.
Future Prospects
This is a fixed-term contract for 18 - 23 months upon which the business may decide to retain you, subject to your performance, headcount, and available funding. If recruited into a permanent role, you will follow the career progression applicable to the specific role/department.
Salary
£22,900 per annum plus benefits.
