客户关系运营
岗位职责:
- 主要负麦房产投资客户的维护工作;
- 主要负责客户购房后的运营工作,包括但不限于跟进客户房产的出租后管理情况等;
- 维护良好的客户关系,负责客户房产项目的管理工作;
- 协助客户处理投资项目的支出收入情况,并向客户提供定期报告;
- 协助部门的文案工作,优化客户关系管理,向客户更好地展现我们的服务以及专业;
- 配合部门负责人完成其他工作。
任职要求:
- 一年以上工作经验,有客户管理工作经验或投资、房地产行业经验优先;
- 具有良好的职业道德,诚实守信,主动细心,有较强的责任心,执行力强,抗压能力好,具有较强的沟通能力;
- 客户服务意识强,能够处理多线任务的能力;
- 语言:英语;粤语;普通话。
Customer Relationship Management Specialist
Job description:
- Maintain relationships with property investment clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Oversee post-purchase operations for clients, including but not limited to follow-ups on property rental management and related activities.
- Manage property projects for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
- Assist clients in managing the financial aspects of their property, including tracking income and expenses, and providing regular reports.
- Optimize client relationship management strategies, and showcase our services and expertise effectively.
- Collaborate with the department head on other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience; background in client management, investment, or the real estate industry is preferred.
- Professional Attributes: Strong sense of ethics, honesty, attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent execution skills. Able to work under pressure and possesses strong communication abilities.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong customer service mindset.
- Languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
