(Customer Focus Lead / Client Relations Manager)

£40,000 plus commission on private occupancy

40 hours per week


Cedar Lodge, Eastfield Lane, Whitchurch on Thames, Reading, RG8 7EJ

We are looking for a mix between Alan Sugar and Mother Theresa! We want someone who is compassionate and passionate. Compassion is needed to help families through a difficult time and passion is needed to ensure that we achieve our occupancy targets and create great lives for the people who live in Cedar Lodge.


You’ll be a person who loves to meet people and can focus on driving occupancy through:


  • Meeting discharge teams at NHS and private hospitals
  • Ensuring all businesses in the area know who we are and what we do
  • Fostering fantastic relationships with social work and mental health teams
  • Creating community events in order to break pre-conceptions on care
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Customer Experience Leads to create purposeful activity
  • Supporting the Home and Customer Experience Leads to ensure a day to day presence on social media including Facebook and Google
  • Driving scores high on Google reviews and Specialist Market tools
  • Ensuring fab events happen in the home, so that the people who live there enjoy their days
  • Thinking outside the box – e.g charity days, supporting community drives or walking 26 miles!
  • Being the face people trust to help get solutions to their needs
