Customer Relations Manager – Senior Living
Location: Spalding
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus

Glenholme is a respected, award-winning healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience in delivering outstanding care. We're seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relations Manager to join our Senior Living team at our luxury care home in Spalding.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on building relationships, networking within the community, and connecting families with the right care solution. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generating and nurturing prospects through networking, local outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Conducting engaging show rounds of our beautiful care home, highlighting our excellent facilities and compassionate care.
  • Increasing occupancy by identifying and following up with potential residents and their families.
  • Creating and implementing local marketing strategies to enhance our reputation within the community.
  • Strengthening our presence across digital platforms and social media.
  • Collaborating with the care home team to plan and support events that connect us with local groups and organisations.
  • Improving enquiry response times and the overall customer experience from initial contact through to move-in.
  • Tracking and analysing lead generation and conversion data using CRM systems to inform strategy and boost results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in building relationships and professional networks, ideally within the health, care, or hospitality sectors.
  • A confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach—able to connect with people at all stages of life.
  • Experience conducting tours or presentations, ideally in a sales or service-led environment.
  • A strong track record of prospect generation and conversion.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, with an understanding of lead generation, local outreach, and brand promotion.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and using data to drive performance.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated by helping others.
