New Homes Customer Relations Coordinator

Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm.

Location: West London, Notting Hill

As a New Homes Customer Relations Coordinator, you will:

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Give guided tours to new homeowners of their residence and facilities.
  • Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking general duties such as answering phones and filing.
  • Fulfil multiple duties as needed, with no two days being the same!
