Job description

We are looking for a diligent and organised Quotes & Claims Administrator to manage the preparation and submission of customer quotes. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue claims
  2. Invoicing on our internal system and approving invoices from external subcontractors for reactive works
  3. Conduct screening calls to confirm the accuracy of customer information and ensure proper use of services
  4. Verify that customers are following proper housekeeping and maintenance protocols to prevent misuse of services or products
  5. Liaising with technical department to confirm correct parts and labour on quote

Our ideal candidate:

  1. Proven experience in a role within quotes and claims
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  4. Proficiency in popular software systems
