Job Description

As a specialist in customer order logistics, you will take over the active and independent commercial support of a defined customer or company.

Responsibilities:

• Support External and internal customers as well as suppliers, in all matters of customer order logistics;
• Start and process workflows for the internal processing and monitor them;
• Detect and Handle errors occurring during order processing;
• Solve the errors and come up with improvement measures at the same time;
• Process tickets for the logistics department and ensure that all inquiries are resolved promptly and precisely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economic/ Business Administration/Logistics and Transportation/Industrial Engineering field;
• Personality and working methods: structured and solution-oriented working methods, independent and initiative work, communication skills with the corresponding team orientation;
• Experience and know-how: in-depth knowledge of order processing, good computer skills (SAP R/3 module SD, Excel, Word);
• Languages: Very good written and spoken English, advantage German.
