Customer Operations Coordinator - Operations

Location: Kent, Sandwich

Role Overview: At Signant Health, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way clinical trials are conducted. We are currently seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support both internal and external customers, ensuring that electronic devices are managed effectively throughout the operational process in client site management of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Management: Oversee the accurate creation and clarity of information for teams within the configuration centre.
2. Client Engagement: Participate in project kick-off meetings and client calls to ensure smooth operation and communication.
3. Client Services Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client services queries and coordinate with team members to address these queries promptly.
4. Documentation and Compliance: Generate internal export documentation and order printed materials as directed by client services.
5. Shipment Management: Collaborate with client services and external service providers to manage and communicate any shipment delays.
6. Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement continual improvement practices within the Customer Operations area.
7. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as required to support the team and client needs.

Decision Making and Influence:

1. Client Expectations: Manage client expectations regarding device shipments and inventory.
2. Financial Accountability: Influence financial accountancy practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Best Practices: Guide the team in adopting and maintaining best practices to exceed customer expectations.

Essential:

1. Commitment to health and safety standards.
2. Proficiency in data entry and computer operations.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize.
5. Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
6. Knowledge of clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
7. Minimum education requirement: GCSE (UK)/ High School diploma (US) or equivalent.

Desirable:

1. Experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.
2. Background in a warehouse environment.
3. Familiarity with the import/export of pharmaceuticals or electronic devices.
