Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking a Customer Operations Agent - Tourist Check In/Marshall to join our team here in Hull on a part time permanent basis working an average of 21 hours per week on a two week fixed shift pattern.
This role works as part of the Port team helping to ensure that our Tourist passengers are safely and efficiently checked in and disembarked, leading to the on time or earlier departure of our vessels. Working with Government agencies such as Customs and Immigration, they will ensure a high standard of customer service, ensuring the safety of all parties at all times, whether the customers are on foot or travelling by car.
The successful candidate will have a proven record in the customer service environment, working within a team and with the ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders and customers, be pro-active in dealing with any issues that arise as well as being able to think on their feet. The role is based in the Port and therefore, they will also need to be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Location – Hull, this role operates on a shift basis, which includes public holidays. So flexibility is key.
