Customer Experience Team Member

Location: London North

Salary: £11,236.80 - £11,688.80 per annum (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits

Hours: 15 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 2 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

  • A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you’ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • Great time management and organisational skills
