Job Description:

We are currently partnering with an award-winning, national rail provider who are recruiting for a Customer Experience Project Manager to join their growing Customer Experience team, providing project management support to the delivery of CEX aimed at improving customer experience.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £58k for the ideal candidate, with a multitude of added benefits such as free rail travel for themselves and family and 2 days working from home.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

1. Manage projects aimed at enhancing customer experience.

2. Collaborate with various teams to implement customer feedback initiatives.

3. Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.

4. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Experience required:

1. Proven project management experience in a customer service environment.

2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

1. Knowledge of customer experience best practices.

2. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
