Customer Experience Assistant

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up a position as a full-time Customer Experience Assistant based in our Multi Franchise Service Centre located in East Kilbride.

You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through the various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.

The hours are 8.00am til 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) with an hour lunch and Saturday's from 8.00am til 12.30pm on a rota.

1. Help contribute towards the team's daily workload
2. Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
3. Liaise directly with customers providing a second to none level of service
4. Maintain, create and change in our databases
5. Be able to maintain a high consistent quality of work
6. Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner
7. Continually develop your personal skills and knowledge

1. The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word as well as email package
2. Have an eye for attention to detail
3. Be a strong confident communicator
4. Have a polite and warm telephone manner
5. Good numeracy skills
6. Be adaptable to varying tasks
7. Have a desire and willingness to learn
