Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be working in a Contact Centre Based Environment and will be the first point of call for members, answering a range of enquiries and guiding them through the claims process. The role will be mainly telephone-based and will also involve corresponding with customers over email and, when required, other platforms. You will need a high level of empathy and be extremely supportive and caring, alongside being passionate about the customer experience.
