We are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Advisors in Hull!

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the business, handling your own caseload of clients who are going through the remortgage process.

You will handle a range of enquiries from clients and third parties such as banks, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible while working towards targets and deadlines set.

The role will also involve chasing up documentation required for the department and performing any administrative duties as part of the process.
