Are you a detail-oriented planner with a strong understanding of forecasting and supply chain operations? As a Customer Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products flow seamlessly from production to customer.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced food business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining short and long-term demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, and historical insights.
  • Collaborating with sales, planning, and production teams to align forecasts with business needs.
  • Being the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
  • Resolving supply chain-related issues, such as delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, and order amendments.
  • Driving improvements by generating and analysing reports on order processing, delivery performance, and customer feedback.

About You:

  • Experience in demand planning within an FMCG environment, ideally food and drink.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
