We are a local permanent recruitment company with over 500 blue chip customers across the UK.

Responsibilities:

As Customer Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

1. Finding the best possible candidates for our customers.
2. Working out exactly what our customers need based on their industry, job specifications, and discussions with the hiring personnel.
3. Dealing directly with our customers and their potential employees.
4. Creating and refining searches based on the information and feedback received.
5. Providing the best possible service to our customers.

We are 100% office-based, working between 8-5.30 Monday - Thursday and finishing at 4.30 on Fridays.
