You will be working within the Customer Care Team and will be responsible for case managing customer complaints and enquiries from stakeholders, ensuring the highest service standards from receipt to resolution, as well as capturing and sharing learning from complaints to enable improvements to the customer journey.
Your new role
You will manage complaints in line with both complaints policy and procedures and the Housing Ombudsman Code, to deliver a fair, empathetic, timely, and customer-centric response to customers.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is not working in the contact Centre. It is a complex complaint investigation.
