Pyramid8 is recruiting for a Customer Care Officer to join an established specialist business in Boston Spa. They are a small team looking for an individual with administration skills who is seeking a long-term role.
The role involves mainly dealing with existing clients, making and taking calls related to renewals already issued to check they received it, as well as dealing with some claims.
This position is very varied and therefore interesting. Full training will be provided, and we are looking for someone with strong customer care skills, particularly in listening and communicating in a polite, professional manner.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM, plus 4 Saturday mornings related to training that can be done remotely after full training. We can be flexible regarding hours for the right candidate.
You will be welcomed by and work within a team of friendly, professional staff who have up to 20 years of service, most having been with the business for over 10 years. Salary reviews are undertaken every year, and we reward staff who exceed our expectations, including annual bonuses.
