About the role:

They are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team. In this role, you will:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless communication flow.
  2. Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Coordinate and oversee post-construction care, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
  4. Work closely with project teams to understand customer requirements and manage expectations effectively.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.
  6. Monitor the progress of aftercare tasks and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service operations.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent opportunities and a basic salary in the region of £30,000-£45,000 per year, dependent on experience. In addition to the basic salary, there will be benefits including pension and health, as well as long-term career prospects and progression.

About the requirements:

  1. Experience in customer service, ideally within the construction or building industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  6. Knowledge of construction processes and terminology would be an advantage, but not essential.
