Due to expansion, they are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Manager.

Requirements

1. Candidates must have experience working as either a Customer Care Manager or a coordinator looking to take the next step up in their career.
2. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
5. A deep understanding of the high-end property market and the needs of discerning clients.
