Customer Care Manager (KBB Industry)

Location: The ideal candidate can live anywhere between North Yorkshire and Newcastle (along the A1M corridor).

Essential Experience Required

1. Experience in the KBB industry, such as Kitchen Designer, Kitchen Sales Designer, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager from either the trade or retail side.
2. Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
3. Understanding of kitchen installations.
4. Experience working with homeowners and builders.
5. Ability to manage your own diary and time effectively to ensure you meet all SLAs.
6. Presentable and able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
7. Motivated and eager to succeed within a dynamic team.
8. Reliable team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
9. Experience managing trades personnel (fitters) is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Manager

1. Managing the resolution of reported product/installation issues.
2. Coordinating employed trades and ensuring their quality of workmanship is to the highest level by attending 4-5 sites per week.
3. Attending regular review meetings with National Housebuilding clients (1-2 per week).
4. Working to targets.
5. Performing administrative duties.
