Your mission

If you are a dynamic, international customer care manager, this one is for you: in this role, you will ensure a great experience for our customers from the initial onboarding, roll-out and ongoing support.


Your profile

  • You’ve mastered complex global client projects, with a sharp technical understanding to back it up
  • You’re a natural communicator, super organized, and a born leader
  • You are a hands-on, independent worker, willing to travel internationally
  • You’re London-based or ready to relocate to be closer to our Woolwich office

The following are not must-haves, but great:

  • Experience working (or living) in international environments
  • Foreign language skills, notably French, Italian, Spanish, German or Portuguese

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the customer care center: You lead a team delivering fast, top-tier client support to our clients
  • Oversee client onboarding: You ensure smooth project delivery with clear communication throughout the process from order to installation
  • You continuously improve workflows optimizing the onboarding and customer care processes
  • Be the go-to for our clients and internal stakeholders building strong relationships and have a problem solving character
