Manage the customer care center: You lead a team delivering fast, top-tier client support to our clients
Oversee client onboarding: You ensure smooth project delivery with clear communication throughout the process from order to installation
You continuously improve workflows optimizing the onboarding and customer care processes
Be the go-to for our clients and internal stakeholders building strong relationships and have a problem solving character
