Your mission

If you are a dynamic, international customer care manager, this one is for you: in this role, you will ensure a great experience for our customers from the initial onboarding, roll-out and ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage the customer care center: You lead a team delivering fast, top-tier client support to our clients.
  2. Oversee client onboarding: You ensure smooth project delivery with clear communication throughout the process from order to installation.
  3. You continuously improve workflows optimizing the onboarding and customer care processes.
  4. Be the go-to for our clients and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and demonstrating a problem-solving character.

Your profile

  1. You’ve mastered complex global client projects, with a sharp technical understanding to back it up.
  2. You’re a natural communicator, super organized, and a born leader.
  3. You are a hands-on, independent worker, willing to travel internationally.
  4. You’re London-based or ready to relocate to be closer to our Woolwich office.

The following are not must-haves, but great:

  1. Experience working (or living) in international environments.
  2. Foreign language skills, notably French, Italian, Spanish, German, or Portuguese.
