Job Title: Customer Care Champion


Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Customer Care Champion working within our Parts Team. The working hours will be 8am-4pm.

On a typical day you will:

  1. Produce purchase orders using the Otis business systems for supply of parts or site works and update the purchase requisition system with all relevant data.
  2. Answer telephone enquiries from engineers.
  3. Obtain authorisation from the relevant repair or field manager for payment of relevant invoices.
  4. Ensure all relevant parties are communicated to with regards to location and movement of parts.
  5. Source pricing, part numbers, and lead-times from outside suppliers.

What you will need to be successful:

  1. You are passionate about excellent customer service.
  2. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. You are a team-player and are able to work under pressure to deliver business commitments.
