Customer Care Assistant - Saint Eval

• Pay: £11.40 per hour
• Tips paid weekly: Estimated up to £1400 per year if working 40 hours per week

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Rick Stein ecommerce Team, based at our head office in St Eval, Cornwall. The perfect candidate will demonstrate impeccable Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate with our customers via emails and telephone calls. We support our customers on their journey from purchasing from our online store through to receipt of order, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

What you'll be getting up to:

• Answering phone calls and emails and responding to feedback
• Dealing with customer queries and aiding with placing orders, from point of sale to receipt of order
• Offer resolutions for any order discrepancies
• Display excellent product knowledge
• Retaining customers by offering a clear and concise service
• Working with multiple systems and processes
• Demonstrating exceptional communication skills
• Maintaining the website, and creating new products

Our story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship seafood restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
