Customer Care & Quality Manager needed in Croydon
The rate is £25.48ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Customer Care & Quality Team responsible for logging all defects and ensuring correct policies, procedures and requirements are in place to ensure the best quality new home for customers at the point of handover from delivery.
The role is responsible for benchmark snagging and handover standards, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the standards are met and defects resolved in a timely manner.
What we are looking for:
Ideal candidate will have experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer-focused organisation. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to lead and manage a high performing team.
