Sunday 0500 - 1100
Saturday 0500 - 1100

This job role involves working unsociable hours, and we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18 to comply with health and safety legislation.

Unsocial Hours Premium paid at £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 – 06:00.

Please note due to the location of the store, public transport may not be available at the start or end times of the shifts.

Purpose

To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time while championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
  2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
  3. Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
  5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
  6. Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
