Customer Advisor

Part Time - 18.75 hours per week

9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7am - 10pm

UK Notional hourly rate £13.78 per hour (Inclusive of an £1.07 per hour, store specific location allowance)

Key responsibilities

1. Become an expert advisor and an inspiration as well as a guide.
2. Get to know every customer and their home improvement projects.
3. Manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great.
4. Provide excellent customer service as your main aim.
5. Opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber.

Required skills & experience

1. Friendly and outgoing with a passion for helping others.
2. Eager to learn and expand skills using new technology.
3. Great team player and flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
