White Label Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly respected packaging distributor to find a Customer Account Executive to join their growing commercial team.

Our client is a market-leading UK distributor of high-performance packaging used primarily in the food industry. Their customers include some of the biggest names in UK food manufacturing, and the products they supply are often technically bespoke for individual applications.

As the Customer Account Executive, you'll work alongside the Area Sales Manager and Customer Business Manager team to support key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role is about partnership and proactive communication—not hard sales. You'll get out to meet customers regularly (pool cars are available) and gradually take full responsibility for your own accounts.
Ideally, you'll have some experience in a customer service, sales coordination, or an account management role, and be comfortable dealing with clients in a B2B environment. However, if you have the right attitude and a strong interest in developing your career, full training and support will be provided.
A commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
