Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, highly skilled, motivated, passionate, forward-thinking and supportive Curriculum Manager - Construction & Technologies. This is a full-time role (37hrs per week / all year round) based at our Aylesbury Campus. Salary for this role is £46,473 per annum.

The successful candidate will bring a good knowledge of academic quality within Further Education, substantial teaching experience and proven experience of dealing with curriculum processes in order to drive improvement. The chosen candidate will also have the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels within the College and beyond from both an academic and professional service perspective.   • Deliver outstanding student success through operational leadership and management of a team of staff including lecturers, business support staff and external partners.
  • Line manage a high performing team of staff and support the team's development.

  • Utilise business planning strategies to ensure growth and sustainability, including staff utilisation, resources, and financial management to provide a distinctive high-quality student experience.
