TR2 Recruitment are working with a well respected client in the Newcastle area who are looking for an experienced Curriculum Leader to join their Higher Education Healthcare department.
This role will see successful candidates working alongside the Head of Curriculum supporting them in building and developing the department, ensuring the targets are hit each year and student engagement is boosted.
- Manage a team of 12 staff members in the largest HE department of the College with 250+ students.
- Split role: 12 hours per week of teaching and the rest managing the team (e.g., appraisals).
- Ensure quality standards in Higher Education.
This position is permanent and will be paying £47,899 per year.
